I had dinner with my wife and son. My son and I both got burgers and fries, which were delicious. My wife got chicken, wings, that were huge. All three of us had a couple drinks that were pretty tasty and we got to keep the mason jars.
Finished up at the aquarium and just randomly picked a place to eat Could not have been luckier Good live music (which typically I hate live music at restaurants) Fast service Reasonable pricing Hands down the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. This place has ruined chicken and waffles for me. I doubt I’ll ever find any as good anywhere else 25 seemed steep but it’s 2 huge chicken breasts, a whole onion of straws, and heavy candied waffles Complementary souvenirs for the kids and beer glasses Awesome place
We needed a spot to have lunch and happened on Old Red. We had no idea it was a chain and no idea it was a Blake Shelton owned restaurant. Overall out food was good. The chicken sandwich was unexpectedly good to be honest. The sweet heat of the sauce was a welcomed surprise and a real treat. The tater tots were crisp and delicious.
The tots! Those tots were amazing. The food in general was very good. Then there's the music and the venue. This place is set up for music and visibility to the stage. The acts they bring in are great and the venue allows you to see them from the majority of the seats. Another first for me is the fact that I'm including a segment on the bathroom. It's for a great reason, the bathroom looks like you're out in the woods. The most calming and cleanest bathroom I've been in!
Number one. There's a tractor hanging from the ceiling! Number two there is a red phone on the wall by the stage. That's where Blake himself will call down and actually can see you while you're eating and say the one left at the stage when the red t-shirt. Where are you from and you could literally talk back to him! Oh in a tiny number three, the bathrooms have twinkly sparkly lights on the ceiling which is a black backdrop. Definitely remind you of the country night sky. Okay down to business food was great. Amazing portion sizes as well. You definitely have something to bring home. As far as drinks are concerned, they're good if you get them from the first floor. We visited them multiple times. I never had a good drink from the second floor. The band lineup was amazing. They kept everybody going and had lots of interaction with the crowd which was greatly appreciated. We stayed for hours after our dinner was over. Just having drinks and listening to the band
Very cool! Live music, great atmosphere and music. Gift shop was like any gift shop with t-shirts around 40.00 and sweatshirts around 70.00. Most of the specialty drinks you get to keep your “Ole Red” glassware and the kids meals come with a take home “dog bowl” container the kids get to take home. Two thumbs up!
The food was delicious. The tater tots were the best I've ever had. It was a little cool in the building, but I'm sure during the summer, it is a welcome relief from the outside temperatures. There was live music, and Julia Cole and her band did a terrific set.
The food was incredible and the service from CAITLIN was second to none. Never a wait for an app, drink and super nice!! You can’t beat it!! Music was icing on the cake. Lexi Lew was awesome!
